FAIRCHILD Low voltage electric Pressure regulator series
Detail The unit uses a larger diaphragm regulator as its pressure control device to facilitate high precision set point control. The pneumatic control circuit is isolated from any explosive environment by enclosing the motor and associated electronics in an explosion-proof enclosure. The stepper motor configuration is equipped with a horizontally positioned clock generator that can be plugged into a vertically mounted converter plate. Configuration includes limit switch. The stepper motor is installed at the bottom of the motor assembly at the bottom of the explosion-proof housing. Connect to the strip via a 1/2" -- 14 NPT conduit fitting at the bottom of the housing. The large diaphragm regulator attaches to the motor housing and provides precise control in three (3) available pressure ranges, from 0-20 inch water column to 0-5 psi. In these configurations, the MP2400Low Pressure electric regulator will handle supply pressures up to 150 psi, 10BAR, and 1,000 kPa.
